1. Candidates should note that they shall have to deposit prescribed fees (professional fees and other fees) regularly as per the schedule of each institute
2. Candidates should also note that only professional fees shall be the same for all the institutes. Other fees may vary from institute to institute (at the discretion of respective institute), for which RAJUVAS is not responsible and concerned.
3. Professional fees of the programme is Rs. 28,500/-(Rupees twenty eight thousand five hundred only) per year, which is payable in three installments in the following manner
- 1st installment: Rs. 9,500/- (Rupees nine thousand five hundred only) at the time of admission.
- 2nd installment: Rs. 9,500/- (Rupees nine thousand five hundred only) at the time of registration in second semester of the session.
- 3rd installment: Rs. 9,500/- (Rupees nine thousand five hundred only) at the time of filling up of final examination forms.
- Other fees shall be as applicable.
4. No professional fee will be charged from the students admitted to the affiliated institutes run by the Department of Animal Husbandry, Government of Rajasthan (Institute codes 22,31,38,47). Nevertheless, these institute retain the right to decide any kind of fees to be charged as per their rules, as and when decided.
5. The students admitted to the constituent institutes of Rajasthan University of Veterinary & Animal Science namely College of Veterinary & Animal Science, Bikaner (Code 01), College of Veterinary & Animal Science, Navania (Code 48), Research Center for Livestock Health & Production (Code 49) and Livestock Research Stations located at Nohar (Code 50) and Chandan (Code 51) will have to pay an extra fees of Rs 16,000/- approx. (Rs Sixteen Thousand only) in case of general category and Rs. 6,000/- approx. (Rs Six Thousand only) in case of reserved categories. This fee is in addition to the professional fees and can be changed by the university without prior notice.
6. Candidates admitted to the affiliated (Government / Private) institutes shall have to deposit hostel, mess fees etc. in addition to the above mentioned professional fees, at the time as stipulated with respect to each type of fees
7. Enrolment fees, examination fees etc. payable to RAJUVAS, as prescribed, shall be extra.
8. In case of failure to deposit fees, the admission will be automatically cancelled.
9. Except college caution money amount, all other fees, once deposited, are non –refundable. However, complete fees and other charges shall be refundable to candidate by the concerned institute in case of reshuffling of institute allocation before closure of admissions.
10. If a candidate fails in any annual examination during the course of study, he will have to deposit this professional fee amount again for that particular year in which he/she has to reappear, in addition to the regular fees. |
