1. There are 50 seats in each institute. At present 51 institutions (both constituent and affiliated) are available for admission. However, the university may change the number of institutions and seats and such changes will be displayed on the AHDP website. Exact number of institutions and seats per institute shall be displayed on the website at the time of institute allocation

2. All seats (100%) of constituent units (CVAS, Bikaner, institute code 01, CVAS, Navania, Udaipur, institute code 48, RCHLP, Mansarovar, Jaipur, institute code 49, Livestock Research Station, Nohar, District Hanumangarh, institute code 50 and Livestock Research Station, Chandan, District Jaisalmer, institute code 51) and affiliated Government institutes (Institute codes 22,31,38,47) as well as 85% seats of all affiliated private institutions shall be State seats, to be filled by merit-cum-reservation, as per rules.

3. Out of the total seats sanctioned to each private institution, 15% of seats (to the nearest full number of seat as prescribed by the university) shall be termed as Management seats, on which admissions shall be made by the respective institute/collective body, with the candidates holding prescribed qualifications, eligibility and fulfilling other requirements. However, such candidates need not to be bonafide residents of Rajasthan, but shall be citizen of India.
